On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, MOL (Mauritius) Ltd, in collaboration with Celero Ltd. (Note 1), held its annual Christmas gift distribution event for children. This year, 楽天 ビンゴ event targeted children aged 3 to 10 from fishing households in 楽天 ビンゴ southeastern region of Mauritius, distributing a total of 500 gifts.

On Tuesday, October 28, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo) held a session "Thinking about social contributions - Lessons from 楽天 ビンゴ WAKASHIO Incident and Insights into 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Group's Initiatives." On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, MOL (Mauritius) Ltd and local agent IBL Shipping Ltd. hosted 楽天 ビンゴ first-ever tour of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) Group's Pure Car and Truck Carrier (PCTC) in Mauritius. 楽天 ビンゴ event was held in conjunction with 楽天 ビンゴ call of 楽天 ビンゴ PCTC "CATTLEYA ACE" at Port Louis, 楽天 ビンゴ capital of Mauritius.

On Friday, June 20, a graduation ceremony was held to celebrate 50 women who successfully completed a Women's Empowerment Programme delivered by 楽天 ビンゴ NGO Revey Twa Fam (Note 1) with grant funding from 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (楽天 ビンゴ Trust) (Note 2) under 楽天 ビンゴ Third Call for Proposal 2023-24 (CFP3). 楽天 ビンゴ graduation ceremony was held at 楽天 ビンゴ National Women Development Centre with guest of honour Mrs Vandanah Jodhoa, Head of 楽天 ビンゴ Gender Unit at 楽天 ビンゴ Ministry of Gender Equality and Family Welfare.

楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust ("楽天 ビンゴ Trust") (Note 1), established in Mauritius in June 2021, has made its fifth call for proposals with a deadline of Friday, September 29, 2025. 楽天 ビンゴ Trust was established with 楽天 ビンゴ goal of supporting social and environmental projects in line with 楽天 ビンゴ intent of 楽天 ビンゴ Trust, focusing on activities in 楽天 ビンゴ southeast of Mauritius.

MAURIWOOD FILM INDUSTRY ARTISTS ASSOCIATION (MAURIWOOD), a local NGO funded by 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust in 2021 and 2022, is releasing documentary videos that depict 楽天 ビンゴ environmental conservation and community contribution activities of local NGOs. These videos are available for streaming on MAURIWOOD’s dedicated platform.

In June 2025, Kolektif Rivier Nwar (KRN) ^{(Note 1)}, a local NGO funded by 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (楽天 ビンゴ Trust) ^{(Note 2)}, held a graduation ceremony for participants in development program, "Sea Skills". MOL (Mauritius) Ltd. Managing Director Yasuo Suzuki, who also serves as Chairperson of 楽天 ビンゴ Trust's Enforcers Committee, was on hand for 楽天 ビンゴ event.

On June 18, MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability (楽天 ビンゴ "Fund") held an online meeting to report 楽天 ビンゴ outcome of 楽天 ビンゴ projects implemented in 楽天 ビンゴ Republic of Mauritius. 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability in Japan　will hold its 3rd Year Project Outcome Reporting Session 2025 on Wednesday, June 18, with organizations which received grant for 楽天 ビンゴ third year.This is 楽天 ビンゴ third reporting session since 楽天 ビンゴ establishment of 楽天 ビンゴ fund in November 2021. 楽天 ビンゴ objective is to introduce 楽天 ビンゴ audience to a wide range of activities and results of 楽天 ビンゴ funded projects to promote environmental restoration and conservation in Mauritius and contribute to local communities.

楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (Note 1) announced on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, 楽天 ビンゴ selection of 15 projects for funding in 楽天 ビンゴ fourth call for applications (Note 2) in a ceremony held in Mahebourg.楽天 ビンゴ Trust received about 90 applications for 楽天 ビンゴ fourth round of funding. 楽天 ビンゴ Trust's Steering Committee followed a rigorous screening process, and made its final selections at a meeting on Monday, December 2, at MOL Head Office. Projects were judged based on their relevance to 楽天 ビンゴ three priority areas of 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Group's social contribution activity policy: 楽天 ビンゴ marine environment, next-generation human resources development, and solutions to local issues, and 15 projects were ultimately selected in 楽天 ビンゴ fields of environmental protection, agriculture, contribution to 楽天 ビンゴ community, and educational support.

On Friday, December 20, 2024, MOL (Mauritius) Ltd teamed up with Celero Ltd. (Note 1) to give out Christmas gifts to children. In this annual event, 楽天 ビンゴ companies gave toys and other gifts to children living in three communities in 楽天 ビンゴ southeast of Mauritius: Bambu Vireux, Bois des Amaulettes, and Ville Noire, Mahebourg.

On Wednesday, September 18, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo) held a session "Thinking about social contributions - Lessons from 楽天 ビンゴ WAKASHIO Incident and Insights into 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Group's Initiatives." After 楽天 ビンゴ grounding and oil spill incident involving 楽天 ビンゴ MOL chartered vessel WAKASHIO, MOL provided assistance to Mauritius through two funds: 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability (楽天 ビンゴ Fund) (Note 1) and 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (楽天 ビンゴ "Trust") (Note 2). 楽天 ビンゴ session was held as a follow-up event to 楽天 ビンゴ WAKASHIO Memorial Day, which has been held annually since 2021, with 楽天 ビンゴ aim of considering how each and every executive and employee in 楽天 ビンゴ group should engage in social contribution activities, with 楽天 ビンゴ goal of linking social contribution activities in Mauritius to 楽天 ビンゴ development of all people and communities related to 楽天 ビンゴ group.

On Monday, April 29, 2024, "Caritas Mauritius" (hereinafter called Caritas) (Note 1), a local NGO funded by 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust(楽天 ビンゴ Trust )(Note 2), held a ceremony to celebrate 楽天 ビンゴ completion of a program aimed at helping residents gain essential life skills and prepare for employment. Mr. Kazuhiko Sugano, Managing Director of MOL (Mauritius) Ltd. who also serves as Chairperson of 楽天 ビンゴ Trust's Enforcers Committee, was on hand for 楽天 ビンゴ event.

On June 11, MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability (Note1) held an online meeting to report 楽天 ビンゴ outcome of 楽天 ビンゴ projects implemented in 楽天 ビンゴ Republic of Mauritius. 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (Note 1) on January 31, 2024, announced 楽天 ビンゴ selection of 15 projects proposed by NGOs and educational institutions for funding in 楽天 ビンゴ third call for applications (Note 2). On Wednesday, December 20, and Thursday, December 21, 2023, MOL (Mauritius) Ltd teamed up with Celero Ltd. (Note 1) to give out Christmas gifts to children. In this annual event, 楽天 ビンゴ companies presented gifts to children aged 3 to 10 years old living in Bambous Virieux and Mahebourg in southeastern Mauritius.

On Tuesday, October 10, 2023, 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (楽天 ビンゴ Trust) (Note 1) held a networking meeting on 楽天 ビンゴ advancement and promotion of women. 楽天 ビンゴ objective was to build connections among NGOs to share best practices and further develop their projects to promote 楽天 ビンゴ status and advancement of women. On hand for 楽天 ビンゴ event were representatives of local NGOs that promote 楽天 ビンゴ empowerment of women, as well as steering committee members of 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability (楽天 ビンゴ Fund) (Note 2).

楽天 ビンゴ Authorized Public Trust 'MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability' ("楽天 ビンゴ Trust in Japan") (Note 1), established in November 2021, has opened a call for project applications for FY2024, with 楽天 ビンゴ application period running from October 30 to December 22, 2023. 楽天 ビンゴ Trust in Japan was established to promote sustainable economic growth and culture in Mauritius by providing support for nature conservation activities and initiatives that contribute to local communities.

On Thursday, July 20, 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (楽天 ビンゴ "Trust") (Note) held a roundtable meeting of local education-related NGOs. It was 楽天 ビンゴ second roundtable meeting, following last year’s event, with 楽天 ビンゴ objective of sharing knowledge and boosting cooperation among local NGOs. 楽天 ビンゴ theme of this year's roundtable was "楽天 ビンゴ Role of Parents in Education and Effective Involvement," and participants included representatives of 14 local organizations working in 楽天 ビンゴ field of education and members of 楽天 ビンゴ Trust's Committee of Enforcers.

On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, 楽天 ビンゴ authorized public trust MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability (楽天 ビンゴ "Fund") (note 1) held an online project outcome session in Japan and 楽天 ビンゴ Republic of Mauritius.During 楽天 ビンゴ session, seven of 楽天 ビンゴ 11 NGOs selected for 2022 grant recipient projects reported on 楽天 ビンゴ results of their activities over 楽天 ビンゴ past year. An event room was organized in Mauritius, where local NGO groups attended in person and their presentations were broadcasted in real time to Japan, inspiring a lively exchange of opinions.

On Friday, April 14, and Tuesday, April 25, 2023, "Caritas Mauritius" (hereinafter called Caritas)(Note 1), a local NGO funded by MOL Charitable Trust (楽天 ビンゴ Trust) (Note 2), held ceremonies to celebrate 楽天 ビンゴ completion of a program aimed at helping residents gain essential life skills and prepare for employment. On Saturday, December 31, 2022, 楽天 ビンゴ local NGO "RESPECT" (Note 1), funded by 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (楽天 ビンゴ Trust) (Note 2), opened an agricultural training center in Mare Tabac and started operation on 楽天 ビンゴ same day. RESPECT is an organization which provides trainings and supports to young farmers by providing theoretical education and hands-on training on efficient agricultural techniques. RESPECT was committed to 楽天 ビンゴ construction of a greenhouse, which will serve as 楽天 ビンゴ training hub of 楽天 ビンゴ project on 楽天 ビンゴ long term.

楽天 ビンゴ "MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability" (楽天 ビンゴ Fund) (Note 1), an authorized public trust, completed 楽天 ビンゴ selection of new projects to be funded at 楽天 ビンゴ steering committee meeting in March 2023, and at 楽天 ビンゴ end of 楽天 ビンゴ same month, it started 楽天 ビンゴ disbursement of grants.

On Wednesday, December 21, 2022, MOL (Mauritius) Ltd. collaborated with Celero Ltd. (Note 1) to distribute Christmas gifts to children in Ville-Noire and La Flora, in 楽天 ビンゴ southeastern part of Mauritius. Among those in attendance for 楽天 ビンゴ gift distribution were Mr. Bobby Hurreeram, Minister of National Infrastructure and Community development, Mr. Stephan Toussaint, Minister of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Recreation, and Mr. Shuichiro Kawaguchi, Ambassador of Japan to Mauritius.

楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust, which was established in June, 2021 in Mauritius ("楽天 ビンゴ Trust") (Note), issues a report on activities in 楽天 ビンゴ projects funded during its first year. Of 楽天 ビンゴ total of 26 projects selected for funding in 楽天 ビンゴ first year, 22 were accomplished as planned. 楽天 ビンゴ Yearly Report details activities of each project and 楽天 ビンゴ Trust for 楽天 ビンゴ year.

楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (楽天 ビンゴ "Trust") (Note 1) held a ceremony in Mahebourg on Sunday, January 15, 2023, to announce 楽天 ビンゴ 20 projects selected for support from 楽天 ビンゴ Fund among those submitted in 楽天 ビンゴ second call for applications. 楽天 ビンゴ Fund also exchanged Memorandums of Understanding with each organization (Note 2). On Monday, November 21, 2022, 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust ("楽天 ビンゴ Trust") (Note 1) signed a sponsorship agreement for 楽天 ビンゴ Indian Ocean Sports and Youth Commission Game, "Commission de la Jeunesse et des Sports de l'Océan Indien" (CJSOI2022) (Note 2) to be held in Mauritius from Sunday, December 4 to Sunday, December 11, 2022. Of 楽天 ビンゴ 11 events in CJSOI 2022, Beach Handball and Sailing will be held in Blue Bay, Pointe-Jérôme, in southeastern Mauritius.

On Saturday, October 15, 2022, "La Chaux Mahebourg Academy Football Club (LCMA)" (Note 1), a local NGO funded by 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (Note 2), held a ceremony to donate football equipment to local children. On Thursday, September 8, 2022, a ceremony was held to inaugurate a project by 楽天 ビンゴ local NGO, F.A.L.C.O.N (Farmers in Agriculture, Livestock, Cooperative, Organic Network) Association (Note 1), subsidized by 楽天 ビンゴ Authorized public trust "MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability" (楽天 ビンゴ Fund) (Note 2). On Friday, March 18, 2022, five local non-governmental organizations (NGOs), grant recipients from 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust ("楽天 ビンゴ Trust"), gathered for talks at 楽天 ビンゴ agricultural ecology center operated by NGO Eco-Sud in Ville-Noire, an area of Mahebourg located in southeast Mauritius. 楽天 ビンゴ meeting was aimed at building connections and sharing knowledge among 楽天 ビンゴ NGOs with 楽天 ビンゴ attendance of representatives or staff of 楽天 ビンゴ NGOs that are working on projects related to agriculture and sustainable development, as well as Mr. Goro Yamashita, Chairperson of 楽天 ビンゴ Trust’s Enforcers Committee and Managing Director of MOL (Mauritius) Ltd.

On Thursday, March 17, 2022, a presentation ceremony for 楽天 ビンゴ picture book "WAKASHIO-OIL SPILL IN PARADISE- (Note 1)" about 楽天 ビンゴ Wakashio grounding and oil spill incident, was held at 楽天 ビンゴ headquarters of NGO Ti Rayons Soleil (Note 2) in Vacoas-Phoenix, a town in inland Mauritius, with 楽天 ビンゴ attendance of Mr. Goro Yamashita, 楽天 ビンゴ Managing Director of MOL (Mauritius) Ltd.

MOL (Mauritius) Ltd. teamed up with Celero Ltd. (*) to distribute 400 Christmas gifts to children in areas with many needy households, such as Mahebourg in southeast Mauritius. They spent two days to bring Christmas joy to as many children as possible-in Grand Sable and Quatre Soeur on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, and in Mahebourg and Pointe Jerome on Thursday, December 23, 2021.

For 楽天 ビンゴ second year in a row, MOL (Mauritius) Ltd. teamed up with Precious Plastic Mauritius (*) to distribute Christmas gifts to households in Cite Tole, a low-income district in Mahebourg, southeast Mauritius, on December 21, 2021. They gave youngsters toys as well as chocolates, cookies, and cakes, bringing bright smiles to 楽天 ビンゴ kids' faces.

At a ceremony held in Mahebourg, Mauritius on Friday, December 10, 2021, 楽天 ビンゴ MOL Charitable Trust (楽天 ビンゴ Fund), which was established in Mauritius in June 2021, announced its intent to fund 26 projects(*) led by NGOs and other local organizations, selected among applicants for 楽天 ビンゴ first call for grant applications. 楽天 ビンゴ Fund also exchanged Memorandums of Understanding with each organization.

On Tuesday, August 31, 2021, a social event was held with local children at Mahébourg Espoir Education Centre (MEEC), located in Cité La Chaux, an area of Mahébourg, which was hit by 楽天 ビンゴ oil spill incident, and many of local residents work in 楽天 ビンゴ fishing industry. Among those in attendance at 楽天 ビンゴ event were His Excellency Mr. Shuichiro Kawaguchi, 楽天 ビンゴ Ambassador of Japan to Mauritius, Mr. Francis de La Haye, 楽天 ビンゴ President of Mahébourg Espoir, and Mr. Goro Yamashita, 楽天 ビンゴ Managing Director of MOL (Mauritius) Ltd.

On August 10, 2021, a launch ceremony for 楽天 ビンゴ English-language edition of Wakashio 楽天 ビンゴ Book, a children's book by Ms. Anita Bacha, an author living in Mauritius, was held at 楽天 ビンゴ office of MOL (Mauritius) Ltd. Ms. Bacha, His Excellency Mr. Shuichiro Kawaguchi, 楽天 ビンゴ Ambassador of Japan to Mauritius, and Mr. Goro Yamashita, 楽天 ビンゴ Managing Director of MOL (Mauritius) Ltd. were on hand for 楽天 ビンゴ event.

On Wednesday, July 28, 2021, a ceremony to mark 楽天 ビンゴ donation of aid supplies to those involved in 楽天 ビンゴ local fishing industry and their families was held at Trou d'Eau Douce, , with guests including Japanese Ambassador to Mauritius Shuichiro Kawaguchi, Secretary General of 楽天 ビンゴ international NGO Caritas Mauritius Patricia Adèle-Félicité, and MOL (Mauritius) Ltd. Representative Goro Yamashita.

A resurgence of COVID-19 infections has made life more difficult for people in 楽天 ビンゴ region who had already faced difficult economic and social conditions since 楽天 ビンゴ first lockdown in March 2020, including fishermen (registered and non-registered) and boatmen who were also severely impacted by 楽天 ビンゴ oil spill.

Last November, a picture book called WAKASHIO -OIL SPILL IN PARADISE - was published in Mauritius. 楽天 ビンゴ books are on display in hotels and schools, and some of 楽天 ビンゴ sales proceeds will be donated to support people affected by 楽天 ビンゴ incident, through a local NGO.

Caritas Mauritius is a Mauritius-based international non-government organization (NGO) founded in 1965. It works under 楽天 ビンゴ following mission: "An initiative in which charity would at 楽天 ビンゴ same time be devotion and expertise." MOL decided to cooperate in their project that supports fishermen and their families whose activities were negatively affected by 楽天 ビンゴ oil spill.

On Tuesday, January 26, a handover ceremony was held to mark MOL's donation of a 40ft shipping container to 楽天 ビンゴ non-government organization (NGO) Precious Plastic Mauritius and 楽天 ビンゴ opening of 楽天 ビンゴ facility made from 楽天 ビンゴ refurbished container.

On December 23, 楽天 ビンゴ Ministry of Blue Economy, Marine Resources, Fisheries & Shipping, 楽天 ビンゴ Japanese Embassy and MOL jointly hosted a Christmas Party for some 250 primary school students within 楽天 ビンゴ nearby villages affected by 楽天 ビンゴ oil spill incident as well as their parents at Bamboo Virieux located near Mahebourg in collaboration with CELERO Group, 楽天 ビンゴ local partner of MOL.

On December 22, together with 楽天 ビンゴ NGO Precious Plastic Mauritius (*) (founder: Mr. Valery de Falbaire), MOL delivered Christmas presents to 9 families living in extreme poverty in 楽天 ビンゴ deprived areas of Mahebourg, located on 楽天 ビンゴ South-East part of Mauritius. 楽天 ビンゴ organization is collaborating with other inhabitants of 楽天 ビンゴ area to help those families in addition to its major activity of recycling plastic waste. 楽天 ビンゴ MOL dispatched team in Mauritius joined their initiatives and helped them by giving our original Mauritius T-shirts and masks. 楽天 ビンゴ children and their families also received toys and cookies. MOL will continue to cooperate with 楽天 ビンゴ NGO to support deprived families in 楽天 ビンゴ region.

On Thursday, December 10, MOL dispatched team met with Mahebourg Espoir, a local NGO actively involved in helping poor communities in Mahebourg, which is one of 楽天 ビンゴ closest towns within 楽天 ビンゴ oil polluted area where many local residents derive their living solely on 楽天 ビンゴ sea for fishing. 楽天 ビンゴ NGO operates 楽天 ビンゴ Mahebourg Espoir Education Centre (MEEC) for children coming from vulnerable families who have been dropped out of school.

On Friday, November 13, and November 20, MOL donated four containers to NGO EcoMode Society (*), which is engaged in environmental protection activities, and 楽天 ビンゴ MOL-dispatched team was on hand for 楽天 ビンゴ handover ceremonies.

On Friday, October 9, 楽天 ビンゴ MOL-dispatched team visited a public school in Bois Des Amourettes, which had been forced to close for four days due to 楽天 ビンゴ offensive odor caused by 楽天 ビンゴ oil spill. 楽天 ビンゴ team presented all students with sets of stationery, origami cranes and shuriken throwing stars, with our sincere hopes that they will find our gifts useful in their studies.

On Tuesday, October 6, members of 楽天 ビンゴ MOL-dispatched team visited two local schools. At 楽天 ビンゴ Special Education Needs (SEN) School they visited in 楽天 ビンゴ morning, they created paper airplanes with 楽天 ビンゴ children and then went outdoors to see them fly. We also presented other origami works made by 楽天 ビンゴ team leader that 楽天 ビンゴ students could play with, such as cranes and shuriken throwing stars.

On Friday, September 18, 楽天 ビンゴ MOL-dispatched team in Mauritius met with 楽天 ビンゴ Ministry of Blue Economy, Marine Resources, Fisheries and Shipping and Agricultural Marketing Board (AMB), and started considering 楽天 ビンゴ AMB site as 楽天 ビンゴ first choice as 楽天 ビンゴ location for 楽天 ビンゴ reefer container, which was donated by MOL and delivered on Friday, September 11.

On Friday, September 11, a delivery ceremony for an MOL-donated reefer container(*1) was held at a pier in Port Louis after 楽天 ビンゴ MOL car carrier Prominent Ace, 楽天 ビンゴ vessel carried 楽天 ビンゴ container, arrived in port.
