On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, MOL (Mauritius) Ltd, in collaboration with Celero Ltd. (Note 1), held its annual Christmas gift distribution event for children. This year, ビンゴ 5 event targeted children aged 3 to 10 from fishing households in ビンゴ 5 southeastern region of Mauritius, distributing a total of 500 gifts.

On Tuesday, October 28, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo) held a session "Thinking about social contributions - Lessons from ビンゴ 5 WAKASHIO Incident and Insights into ビンゴ 5 MOL Group's Initiatives." This event was conducted for officers and employees of ビンゴ 5 MOL Group, both in Japan and overseas, as an opportunity to reflect on ビンゴ 5 knowledge gained from environmental conservation and community support activities in Mauritius, and to consider how each employee of ビンゴ 5 group member should engage in social contribution activities.

ビンゴ 5 MOL Charitable Trust ("ビンゴ 5 Trust") (Note 1), established in Mauritius in June 2021, has made its fifth call for proposals with a deadline of Friday, September 29, 2025. ビンゴ 5 Trust was established with ビンゴ 5 goal of supporting social and environmental projects in line with ビンゴ 5 intent of ビンゴ 5 Trust, focusing on activities in ビンゴ 5 southeast of Mauritius.

MAURIWOOD FILM INDUSTRY ARTISTS ASSOCIATION (MAURIWOOD), a local NGO funded by ビンゴ 5 MOL Charitable Trust in 2021 and 2022, is releasing documentary videos that depict ビンゴ 5 environmental conservation and community contribution activities of local NGOs. These videos are available for streaming on MAURIWOOD’s dedicated platform.

On June 18, MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability (ビンゴ 5 "Fund") held an online meeting to report ビンゴ 5 outcome of ビンゴ 5 projects implemented in ビンゴ 5 Republic of Mauritius. At ビンゴ 5 beginning of ビンゴ 5 meeting, ビンゴ 5 chairperson, Ms. Mariko Kawaguchi emphasized that in ビンゴ 5 face of increasing global instability, strengthening ビンゴ 5 sustainability and resilience of local communities is becoming ever more important for building a stable future. She highlighted ビンゴ 5 significance of supporting local leaders in Mauritius who are working to conserve ビンゴ 5 natural environment and address social challenges through ビンゴ 5 Fund.

ビンゴ 5 MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability in Japan　will hold its 3rd Year Project Outcome Reporting Session 2025 on Wednesday, June 18, with organizations which received grant for ビンゴ 5 third year.This is ビンゴ 5 third reporting session since ビンゴ 5 establishment of ビンゴ 5 fund in November 2021. ビンゴ 5 objective is to introduce ビンゴ 5 audience to a wide range of activities and results of ビンゴ 5 funded projects to promote environmental restoration and conservation in Mauritius and contribute to local communities.

ビンゴ 5 MOL Charitable Trust (Note 1) announced on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, ビンゴ 5 selection of 15 projects for funding in ビンゴ 5 fourth call for applications (Note 2) in a ceremony held in Mahebourg.ビンゴ 5 Trust received about 90 applications for ビンゴ 5 fourth round of funding. ビンゴ 5 Trust's Steering Committee followed a rigorous screening process, and made its final selections at a meeting on Monday, December 2, at MOL Head Office. Projects were judged based on their relevance to ビンゴ 5 three priority areas of ビンゴ 5 MOL Group's social contribution activity policy: ビンゴ 5 marine environment, next-generation human resources development, and solutions to local issues, and 15 projects were ultimately selected in ビンゴ 5 fields of environmental protection, agriculture, contribution to ビンゴ 5 community, and educational support.

On Wednesday, September 18, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo) held a session "Thinking about social contributions - Lessons from ビンゴ 5 WAKASHIO Incident and Insights into ビンゴ 5 MOL Group's Initiatives." After ビンゴ 5 grounding and oil spill incident involving ビンゴ 5 MOL chartered vessel WAKASHIO, MOL provided assistance to Mauritius through two funds: ビンゴ 5 MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability (ビンゴ 5 Fund) (Note 1) and ビンゴ 5 MOL Charitable Trust (ビンゴ 5 "Trust") (Note 2). ビンゴ 5 session was held as a follow-up event to ビンゴ 5 WAKASHIO Memorial Day, which has been held annually since 2021, with ビンゴ 5 aim of considering how each and every executive and employee in ビンゴ 5 group should engage in social contribution activities, with ビンゴ 5 goal of linking social contribution activities in Mauritius to ビンゴ 5 development of all people and communities related to ビンゴ 5 group.

ビンゴ 5 MOL Charitable Trust ("ビンゴ 5 Trust") (Note 1), established in Mauritius in June 2021, has made its fourth call for proposals for ビンゴ 5 period from Friday, September 6 to Monday, September 30, 2024. ビンゴ 5 Trust was established with ビンゴ 5 goal of supporting social and environmental projects in line with ビンゴ 5 intent of ビンゴ 5 Trust, focusing on activities in ビンゴ 5 southeast of Mauritius.

On Saturday, June 8 2024, in cooperation with local NGO EcoMode Society (Note 1) and ビンゴ 5 University of Mauritius, MOL (Mauritius) Ltd. conducted a beach cleanup in commemoration of World Oceans Day. ビンゴ 5 event was held on ビンゴ 5 beach of Rivière des Créoles, and drew a total of about 100 volunteers, as well as officials from ビンゴ 5 three host organizations, staff from ビンゴ 5 Japanese Embassy in Mauritius, and local fishermen. ビンゴ 5 beach activity was a valuable opportunity to promote environmental conservation in ビンゴ 5 local coastal area, raise environmental awareness among participants, and deepen cooperation with ビンゴ 5 community.

On June 11, MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability (Note1) held an online meeting to report ビンゴ 5 outcome of ビンゴ 5 projects implemented in ビンゴ 5 Republic of Mauritius. At ビンゴ 5 beginning of ビンゴ 5 meeting, ビンゴ 5 chairperson, Mariko Kawaguchi, spoke about her firsthand experience of seeing ビンゴ 5 passion with which each organization tackled social issues during her previous project inspection in Mauritius. She expressed her anticipation for ビンゴ 5 reports of ビンゴ 5 day.

ビンゴ 5 MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability in Japan (Note 1) will hold its 2nd Year Project Outcome Reporting Session 2024 on Tuesday, June 11, with organizations which received grant for ビンゴ 5 second year. ビンゴ 5 MOL Charitable Trust (Note 1) on January 31, 2024, announced ビンゴ 5 selection of 15 projects proposed by NGOs and educational institutions for funding in ビンゴ 5 third call for applications (Note 2). This third round of grants centers on projects in line with ビンゴ 5 priority areas of ビンゴ 5 MOL Group's policy of corporate citizenship activities: "marine environment," "biodiversity," and "human resources development" (Note 3).ビンゴ 5 15 newly selected projects will contribute to ビンゴ 5 realization of a sustainable society and ビンゴ 5 achievement of its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

ビンゴ 5 Authorized Public Trust 'MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability' ("ビンゴ 5 Trust in Japan") (Note 1), established in November 2021, has opened a call for project applications for FY2024, with ビンゴ 5 application period running from October 30 to December 22, 2023. ビンゴ 5 Trust in Japan was established to promote sustainable economic growth and culture in Mauritius by providing support for nature conservation activities and initiatives that contribute to local communities.

On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, ビンゴ 5 authorized public trust MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability (ビンゴ 5 "Fund") (note 1) held an online project outcome session in Japan and ビンゴ 5 Republic of Mauritius.During ビンゴ 5 session, seven of ビンゴ 5 11 NGOs selected for 2022 grant recipient projects reported on ビンゴ 5 results of their activities over ビンゴ 5 past year. An event room was organized in Mauritius, where local NGO groups attended in person and their presentations were broadcasted in real time to Japan, inspiring a lively exchange of opinions.

ビンゴ 5 MOL Charitable Trust ("ビンゴ 5 Trust") (Note 1), established in Mauritius in June 2021, has made its third call for proposals for ビンゴ 5 period from Monday, September 3 to Friday, September 29, 2023. ビンゴ 5 Trust was established with ビンゴ 5 goal of supporting social and environmental projects in line with ビンゴ 5 intent of ビンゴ 5 Trust, focusing on activities in ビンゴ 5 southeast of Mauritius.

On Thursday, June 8, MOL (Mauritius) Ltd. participated in a cleanup event held in conjunction with World Oceans Day. This event was hosted by ビンゴ 5 EcoMode Society (Note 1), a local NGO and grant recipient from MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability (Note 2) in last fiscal year, and took place at Ferney Bridge in ビンゴ 5 southeastern coastal district with ビンゴ 5 aim of gaining a deeper understanding of ビンゴ 5 importance of ビンゴ 5 marine environment.

ビンゴ 5 MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability in Japan (Note 1) will hold its 1st year Project Outcome Reporting Session 2023 on Wednesday, July 12, with organizations which received grant for ビンゴ 5 first year. This is ビンゴ 5 first debriefing since ビンゴ 5 establishment of ビンゴ 5 fund in November 2021. ビンゴ 5 objective is to introduce ビンゴ 5 audience to a wide range of activities and results of ビンゴ 5 funded projects to promote environmental restoration and conservation in Mauritius and contribute to local communities.

ビンゴ 5 "MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability" (ビンゴ 5 Fund) (Note 1), an authorized public trust, completed ビンゴ 5 selection of new projects to be funded at ビンゴ 5 steering committee meeting in March 2023, and at ビンゴ 5 end of ビンゴ 5 same month, it started ビンゴ 5 disbursement of grants.

ビンゴ 5 MOL Charitable Trust, which was established in June, 2021 in Mauritius ("ビンゴ 5 Trust") (Note), issues a report on activities in ビンゴ 5 projects funded during its first year. Of ビンゴ 5 total of 26 projects selected for funding in ビンゴ 5 first year, 22 were accomplished as planned. ビンゴ 5 Yearly Report details activities of each project and ビンゴ 5 Trust for ビンゴ 5 year.

ビンゴ 5 MOL Charitable Trust (ビンゴ 5 "Trust") (Note 1) held a ceremony in Mahebourg on Sunday, January 15, 2023, to announce ビンゴ 5 20 projects selected for support from ビンゴ 5 Fund among those submitted in ビンゴ 5 second call for applications. ビンゴ 5 Fund also exchanged Memorandums of Understanding with each organization (Note 2). Among those in attendance were Mr. Shuichiro Kawaguchi, ビンゴ 5 Ambassador of Japan to Mauritius and Mr. Junichiro Ikeda, ビンゴ 5 Chairman of ビンゴ 5 Board of MOL who expressed his hopes for ビンゴ 5 success of each project and his gratitude to everyone involved.

MOL Charitable Trust ("ビンゴ 5 Trust") (Note 1), established in Mauritius in June 2021, has made its second call for proposals for ビンゴ 5 period from September 2 to Septemeber 26, 2022. ビンゴ 5 Trust was established with ビンゴ 5 goal of supporting social and environmental projects in line with ビンゴ 5 intent of ビンゴ 5 Trust, focusing on activities in southeast Mauritius.

At a ceremony held in Mahebourg, Mauritius on Friday, December 10, 2021, ビンゴ 5 MOL Charitable Trust (ビンゴ 5 Fund), which was established in Mauritius in June 2021, announced its intent to fund 26 projects(*) led by NGOs and other local organizations, selected among applicants for ビンゴ 5 first call for grant applications. ビンゴ 5 Fund also exchanged Memorandums of Understanding with each organization.

As a part of ビンゴ 5 Natural Environmental Protection and Recovery Project, MOL has been conducting a survey of ビンゴ 5 impact on birds in cooperation with Yamashina Institute for Ornithology and BirdLife International Tokyo. Hereunder, we would like to introduce a column by Masayoshi Kamioki, a Research Fellow at BirdLife International Tokyo*, who has been conducting local survey in Mauritius since October 25. In order to restore Mauritius' original, beautiful nature and ecosystems, MOL will continue its contributions to support ビンゴ 5 recovery of ビンゴ 5 environment.
