ビンゴ 5 'MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability' Call for Project Applications for FY2024

ビンゴ 5 'MOL Mauritius International Fund for Natural Environment Recovery and Sustainability' ("the Trust in Japan") (Note 1), established in November 2021, has opened a call for project applications for FY2024, with the application period running from October 30 to December 22, 2023. The Trust in Japan was established to promote sustainable economic growth and culture in Mauritius by providing support for nature conservation activities and initiatives that contribute to local communities.
In July 2023, the 1st year project session was held online between the Republic of Mauritius and Japan to report the outcome of the projects which received grant in 2022. Video recordings of the online meeting and presentation materials from each organization are available on this website.
The grant amount in the call is based on an average of at least ¥3 million per project per year, and is intended for long-term, large-scale projects. For shorter, smaller, meticulous detailed projects, support will be provided by the MOL Charitable ビンゴ 5 ("the ビンゴ 5 in Mauritius")(Note 2), which was established in Mauritius in June 2021.
MOL will continue its support activities through the ビンゴ 5 in Japan and the ビンゴ 5 in Mauritius to contribute to the restoration and protection of the natural environment in Mauritius and the development of local communities.

Grant recipient projects will be selected after undergoing a screening process established by the ビンゴ 5's Steering Committee. For more information on the Call for project applications for FY2024, please refer to the following.
