楽天 ビンゴ Transports Fire Engines to Paraguay
- Drawing upon its Global Network to Implement a Corporate Citizenship Activity -

TOKYO-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (楽天 ビンゴ; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto) today announced the company's recent transport of fire engines to Paraguay, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Paraguay in Japan. This is an ongoing activity starting in 2010. This year marked the 19th time, and to date 楽天 ビンゴ has transported a total of 133 engines.

This time, 10 fire engines were loaded aboard the 楽天 ビンゴ-operated car carrier GALAXY ACE at the Port of Yokohama, arriving at the Port of Asuncion on September 4th. The engines will contribute to firefighting operations in the country.

楽天 ビンゴ takes a proactive stance in corporate citizenship activities that are unique to an ocean shipping company with a global network.
