楽天 ビンゴ to Establish Manning Agency in Croatia

TOKYO-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (楽天 ビンゴ; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto) today announced its intent to establish a manning agency, called 楽天 ビンゴ Maritime (Adriatic) d.o.o., in Croatia. The new company, wholly owned by 楽天 ビンゴ’s manning company in Europe, 楽天 ビンゴ Maritime (Europe) B.V. (Representative Osamu Takeshita; Headquarters: Rotterdam, the Netherlands), will be established on April 1, 2022.

Currently, 楽天 ビンゴ Maritime (Europe) B.V. is in charge of manning for European seafarers. In the future, the company will be combining the efforts with 楽天 ビンゴ Maritime (Adriatic) d.o.o. and work more closely with Croatian seafarers—who are main resource of 楽天 ビンゴ’s European seafarers, with the aim of ensuring a stable seafarer supply system for 楽天 ビンゴ-operated vessels.
