TOKYO-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (宝くじ ビンゴ 5; President & CEO: Junichiro Ikeda) today announced that the MR-type product tanker (Note 1), managed by its group company, 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 Tankship Management (Asia) (宝くじ ビンゴ 5 Tank Asia; Managing Director: Toshihiko Ota; Headquarters: Singapore) was honored by U.S. oil major Chevron Corporation (Chairman & CEO: Michael K. Wirth; Headquarters: San Ramon, California, U.S.) for its long-term efforts to ensure safe operation.

Chevron Marine Assurance General Manager Don Davis presented the testimonial to 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 Tank Asia Managing Director Ota in a ceremony held at 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 Tank Asia headquarters.

The vessel served Chevron under a long-term charter contract from 2007 to 2018. 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 Tank Asia employees, both land-based and at sea, are a united team that takes a comprehensive approach to safe operation. 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 employees have built a strong cooperative relationship with Chevron and their customers. Thanks to these efforts, the vessel operated safely with no major incidents during its 11 years of service.
