Also in attendance in Ho Chi Minh City were Mr. Tran Khanh Hoang, Executive Vice President of Saigon Newport Corporation(*1) and in Hanoi, His Excellency Hiroshi Fukada, Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam and Mr. Bui Thien Thu, Deputy Administrator of Vietnam Maritime Administration.
