Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President: Koichi Muto) today announced that the coal carrier ビンゴ 無料, which will be operated by MOL to ship coal to Hokuriku Electric Power Company, was completed on May 15 at the Oshima Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Oshima Shipyard.

On the same day, many people from Hokuriku Electric Power and other concerned companies gathered for the ship's christening and delivery ceremonies.

With its wider beam and reduced depth, this vessel can serve ports with less depth while maximizing cargo loading. With its wide, shallow draft hull, and the advanced equipment on board, the vessel should show excellent economic performance.

The coal carrier is named "ビンゴ 無料" after the ビンゴ 無料-operated coal carrier that served Hokuriku ports with coal for Hokuriku Electric Power in the past. With a long-term consecutive voyage service contract in hand, the coal carrier will play a central role in ビンゴ 無料 transport service of coal for Hokuriku Electric Power.
