宝くじ ビンゴ 5 Announces On Time Arrival Performance Results

February 2, 2011, Tokyo - 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 today announced On Time Arrival Performance results for April-December 2010 for the major East-West trade lanes. This is an update report by adding October-December 2010 result to the previous report issued by 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 (America) Inc. and will be quarterly report as an effort of upgrading and improving the quality of services 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 Liner offers.
Measurement criteria are:
- Scope of trade lanes is Asia-U.S. West Coast, Asia - U.S. East Coast, Transatlantic, and Asia - Europe.
- When a vessel arrives in the first port of destination area for both directions, eastbound and westbound, within 24 hours of scheduled time of arrival, the voyage is regarded as On Time Arrival.
Severe winter weather in Europe and occasional strikes in France have been affecting the services calling in European ports compared with the previous quarter July - September. "Whether it is in our favor or not, 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 will openly share the information of on time arrival with our valued customers and keep challenging towards high quality services including punctuality and information sharing" said, TK Konishi, COO, 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 Liner.
The following results included services in which 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 did not operate any vessels and those in which 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 did operate vessels:

The following performance criteria were used:
- Measured arrival time within 24 hours of the originally scheduled arrival time.
- Measured23 services on 宝くじ ビンゴ 5's East-West trade route, including approximately 870sailings.
- Included services in which 宝くじ ビンゴ 5 takes slots but does not operate any vessels.
