The conference has been held every year since 2007 with the primary objective of explaining and enhancing ビンゴ ルーレット 無料 Group safety measures and promoting the exchange of ideas and opinions. In this third year of the conference, a total of 180 participated, including about 60 on February 20 in Mumbai and 120 on February 25 in Manila.

The conference started with an enthusiastic video message by President Ashida, who said, "Our management policy, which places the highest priority on safe operation, will never change in the least even though the world economy has been changing rapidly."
