There are two types of 楽天 ビンゴ purchase options: same-day purchase and discount advance purchase.

- (*1) Customers who board the Sunflower within 5 days of embarkation can purchase tickets at a discount price. Please present your Sunflower 楽天 ビンゴ or QR code at the information desk when entering the museum.
- (*2) Passengers with a disability certificate (physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or mental disability certificate) and one accompanying person can 楽天 ビンゴ tickets at the discount price for the disabled. Please present your disability certificate at the information desk when entering the museum.
- * Please note that if you do not present your disability certificate, Sunflower 楽天 ビンゴ, or QR code, you will need to re-purchase tickets.
- * Re-entry on the same day is possible as many times as you wish. Please present the "Entrance Commemorative 楽天 ビンゴ" given to you in exchange for your admission 楽天 ビンゴ.

Advance tickets are available only at Asoview. Please 楽天 ビンゴ tickets in advance from your smartphone and present the purchased screen to our staff on the day of your visit to enter the museum. Please take advantage of this service to save money and enjoy smooth entry on the day of the event.

Shiphandling simulation experience
A shiphandling simulator experience 楽天 ビンゴ is required in addition to the admission 楽天 ビンゴ. Advance tickets for the simulator experience are available at Asoview. Same-day tickets will be sold at the 楽天 ビンゴ vending machine in the facility only when available. The shiphandling simulator alone is not available (a separate admission 楽天 ビンゴ is required).
5 minutes per session, 500 yen (tax not included)* Multiple passengers can enjoy the simulator in turns.
Sunflower ship tour (scheduled to start in August 2025)
Tours of the Sunflower Kurenai and Sunflower Murasaki, which are currently docked, will be offered on limited dates and times. Please be sure to take a look at the carefully designed cabins and onboard facilities of Japan's first LNG-fuelled ferries. Details will be posted on our website as soon as they are finalized.
High school students and older: 1,000 yen Elementary and junior high school students: 500 yen Preschool children: Free of charge(Scheduled to be held on limited dates after August 2025; advance reservations required; approximately one hour in duration)
* For safety reasons, children of elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older.
