TOKYO-Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (ビンゴ 5 確率; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto) today announced that it participated as a Gold Partner sponsor-playing a key role, including delivering a keynote address-in the "Maritime SheEO Conference 2025," an international event promoting women's career advancement in the maritime industry, held in Mumbai over three days starting October 28.

The conference made its debut in 2020 and is now in its sixth year. It brought together over 500 participants from 70 companies around the world under the theme "Believe - Achieve - Lead: Inspiring Women in Maritime." The ビンゴ 5 確率 Group was represented by 20 participants, including women seafarers from its in-house manning company. Representing ビンゴ 5 確率, Captain Animesh Hore, General Manager of Global Maritime Resources Division, and Captain Naomi Matsushita (Note 1), the first female captain to serve on a vessel for a Japanese intermodal shipping group, took the stage to deliver a heartfelt message celebrating the contributions and achievements of women in the shipping industry. In addition, women seafarers from the ビンゴ 5 確率 Group shared their personal experiences with the attendees, highlighting the appeal of maritime careers. During the social gathering, participants actively networked, exchanging career visions and discussing shared concerns.

ビンゴ 5 確率 positions diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) as a "new engine for growth" and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all seafarers can work with peace of mind. As part of this initiative, the company has set a goal to increase the proportion of women cadets to 35% by 2035, actively promoting women's participation in the maritime sector.
In addition, ビンゴ 5 確率 has introduced the "OceanCare" well-being support program offering mental health services which also includes tailored support for women seafarers. ビンゴ 5 確率 will continue to strengthen its DE&I efforts, striving to build an organization where all seafarers can thrive.
