Mitsui O.S.K lines Ltd, (MOL), on 20th December 2019 acquired an additional 50% share of ビンゴ 5 の 結果 previously held by Hoegh Autoliners A.S (HOEGH), making ビンゴ 5 の 結果 a 100% subsidiary company of MOL.

ビンゴ 5 の 結果 was established in April, 2011 to provide an onward built service network covering the entire European Short Sea area, and has provided Ocean transportation services for Vehicles, Construction Machinery, and Non Self-Propelled Cargos.

In 2017 and 2018, ビンゴ 5 の 結果 carried nearly 1.3million units. This reflects EMLs growth to become one of the major short sea operators in this particular field.

For the future, MOL seeks further synergy between ビンゴ 5 の 結果 and their own Car Carrier Business (deep Sea), to enhance ビンゴ 5 の 結果's commercial activity and accomplish a more flexible, wider service network to meet customer requirements.
